1. Relevant policies and guidelines for the design of clean room


The clean room design must implement the relevant national policies and guidelines, and must meet the requirements of advanced technology, reasonable economy, safety and application, quality assurance, conservation and environmental protection. The design of dust-free workshops shall create necessary conditions for construction and installation, testing, maintenance management and safe operation, and shall comply with relevant requirements of current national standards and codes.


2. The overall design of the clean room


The location of the clean room should be determined according to needs, economy, etc.: it should be in an area with low atmospheric dust concentration and good natural environment; it should be far away from railways, wharfs, airports, transportation routes, and emit large amounts of dust Plants and warehouses with harmful gases that have serious air pollution, vibration or noise interference, should be arranged in areas where the environment is clean in the plant, and the flow of people and goods does not cross or rarely cross, and the maximum frequency wind of the clean plant is on the windward side. When there is a chimney, the horizontal distance between the clean workshop and the chimney should not be less than 12 times the height of the chimney, and the distance between the clean workshop and the main traffic road should not be less than 50 meters. Greening should be carried out around the clean workshop, lawns can be planted, trees that do not have harmful effects on the degree of dust in the atmosphere can be planted, and a green community can be formed. But it must not hinder fire fighting operations.


3. The noise level of the clean room should meet the following requirements:


During dynamic testing, the noise level in the clean room should not exceed 65 dBA. In the empty state test, the noise level of the turbulent flow clean room should not be greater than 58 decibel A, and the noise level of the laminar flow clean room should not be greater than 60 decibel A. The level and cross-section layout of the clean room should consider the requirements of noise control, and the enclosure structure should have good sound insulation performance, and the sound insulation of each part should be similar. Low-noise products should be selected for various equipment in the dust-free purification room. For equipment with radiated noise exceeding the allowable value of the clean workshop, special sound insulation facilities (such as sound insulation booths, sound insulation covers, etc.) should be set up. When the noise of the purified air conditioning system exceeds the allowable value, control measures such as sound insulation, noise reduction, and sound insulation should be taken. In addition to the accidental exhaust, the exhaust system in the clean workshop should be designed for noise reduction. The noise control design of the dust-free purification room must consider the air cleanliness requirements of the production environment, and must not affect the purification conditions of the clean workshop due to noise control.

4. Vibration control of clean room


Active vibration isolation measures should be taken for the equipment (including pumps, etc.) with strong vibration in the dust-free purification room and surrounding auxiliary station buildings and the pipelines leading to the clean workshop. For dust-free purification of various types of vibration sources indoors and outdoors, its comprehensive vibration impact on the clean workshop should be measured. If restricted by conditions, the comprehensive vibration influence can also be evaluated based on experience. It should be compared with the allowable environmental vibration value of precision equipment and precision instruments to determine the necessary vibration isolation measures. The vibration isolation measures of the precision equipment and precision instruments of the dust-free sterile hand washing and drying machine should consider the requirements of reducing the occurrence and maintaining a reasonable airflow organization in the clean workshop. When air spring vibration isolation pedestal is used, it should be treated with ground air source to make it reach the air cleanliness level of clean workshop.


Five, construction requirements for clean room


The building plan and space layout of the clean room should have appropriate flexibility. The main structure of the clean area should not be loaded with internal walls. The height of the clean room is controlled by the net height, and the net should be 100 milliseconds. The durability of the main structure of the clean room purification is coordinated with the level of indoor equipment and decoration, and should have the performance of fire prevention, temperature deformation control and uneven subsidence (the seismic area should meet the seismic design regulations). The deformation joints of the workshop should avoid passing through the clean area. When the return air pipe and other pipelines need to be concealed, technical interlayers, technical channels or trenches should be installed; when the vertical pipelines passing through the polar layers need to be concealed, technical shafts should be installed. For a comprehensive workshop with both general production and clean production, the plan design and structure treatment should avoid adverse effects on clean production in terms of the flow of people, logistics, and fire protection.


6. Clean room personnel purification and material purification facilities


Dust-free purification rooms should be equipped with rooms and facilities for personnel purification and material purification, and living rooms and other rooms should be set up as needed. Personnel purification rooms should include rain gear storage rooms, management rooms, shoe changing rooms, clothes storage rooms, toilets, clean overalls, and air shower rooms. Living rooms such as toilets, shower rooms, and rest rooms, as well as other rooms such as work clothes washing rooms and drying rooms, can be set up as needed. The equipment and material entrances and exits of the clean room should be set up according to the nature and shape of the equipment and materials. The layout of the material purification room should prevent the purified material from being contaminated during the transfer process.


7. Fire prevention and evacuation of clean room


The fire resistance rating of the clean workshop should not be lower than Class II. The ceiling material should be non-combustible, and its fire resistance rating should not be less than 0.25 hours. The fire hazard of the general production workshop in Davis clean room can be classified according to Appendix III. Single-story workshops should be adopted for clean workshops for Category A and Type B production. The maximum allowable floor space between the firewalls should be 3,000 square meters for a single-storey factory building and 2,000 square meters for a multi-storey factory building. The ceiling and wall panels (including internal fillings) of the prefabricated clean workshops produced in Category A and B production or set up in the production environment of Category A and B shall be non-combustible. In a comprehensive factory building in a fireproof zone, a non-combustible partition wall should be set up between its clean production and general production areas to be closed to the top. The fire resistance rating of the partition wall and its corresponding ceiling shall not be less than 1 hour, and the fire resistance rating of the doors and windows on the partition wall shall not be less than 0.6 hour. The space around the pipeline passing through the partition wall or ceiling shall be tightly packed with non-combustible materials. The wall of the technical shaft should be a non-combustible body, and its fire resistance limit should not be less than 1 hour. The fire resistance rating of the inspection door on the shaft wall should not be less than 0.6 hours; in the vertical shafts on each floor or one floor of the floor, a non-combustible body equivalent to the fire resistance limit of the floor should be used as a horizontal fire separation; The voids around the pipeline should be tightly packed with non-combustible materials. The number of safe exits for each production floor, each fire compartment or each clean area of the clean room should not be less than two. The color in the clean workshop should be elegant and soft. The light reflection coefficient of the indoor surface materials should be 0.6-0.8 for the ceiling and wall, and 0.15--0.35 for the floor.
