Clean room cleaning process

1. Shou first changed the special clean clothes, put on a hat and mask, and entered the dust-free workshop after the equipment was blown and dusted, and rationally assigned personnel to start cleaning.

2. Use the prepared cleaning tools and supplies and start the cleaning work in accordance with the cleaning requirements of the dust-free workshop.

3. Clean the floor one by one from the inside to the outside according to the order of cleanliness. The floor should be vacuumed with a special vacuum cleaner in the dust-free workshop with a filter. Pay attention to the handover when cleaning.

4. Empty the trash cans in the dust-free workshop on time, clean them regularly, and then transport them out of the dust-free workshop.

5. Use the dust-free cloth in the dust-free workshop from top to bottom to clean glass, walls, shelves, etc., as well as production equipment that is prone to dust.

6. Use clean dust to push and clean the ground carefully from inside to outside. Clean up the clean room if there are garbage, stains, water marks, etc. on the ground in time with a dust-free cloth.

7. Regularly clean the ceiling, air-conditioning outlet, ceiling lamp cover, and under the raised floor. The cleaning tools and cleaning agents used must be dedicated to the dust-free workshop. The cleaning time depends on the actual situation.

8. After the cleaning work is completed, all cleaning supplies must be delivered to the designated cleaning room. When working again, check whether the cleanliness of the dust-free workshop meets the conditions and perform regular tests.
